π Abstract
We present a conceptual design for a medical imaging device capable of scanning the entire human body (0.07 mΒ³) at isotropic cellular resolution (10 Β΅m) in under one second (0.22 s), enabling classical scanβtransmitβreconstruct teleportation of macroscopic organisms. The device combines: (i) an 11.7 T superconducting magnet with a 0.9 m bore; (ii) a squeezed-state radio-frequency source (10 dB squeezing at 500 MHz via Josephson Parametric Amplifier); (iii) a 581 GS/s arbitrary waveform generator encoding 1.28 Γ 10ΒΉΒΉ compressed sensing projections; (iv) a quantum-limited homodyne detector array (I/Q, 581 GS/s); (v) a compressed sensing reconstruction engine processing 10ΒΉβ° sparse parameters; and (vi) a 10.2 Pb/s fiber-optic data link. No component violates known physics; the principal barriers are engineering: a 2Γ gap in AWG/ADC speed, a 3Γ10β΅Γ gap in real-time CS reconstruction throughput, and scaling Josephson parametric amplification to 500 MHz. Total estimated cost is $1B with a 25β40 year development timeline.

π Abstract
We present a theoretical framework for consciousness transfer between biological and artificial substrates. The protocol addresses three fundamental barriers: (i) connectome-scale neural mapping at synaptic resolution (~100 trillion synapses for a human brain), (ii) functional substrate replacement maintaining causal continuity of subjective experience, and (iii) identity verification across the transfer boundary. We propose a staged approach: partial prosthetic augmentation (10% cortical volume), hemispheric sequential replacement, and full substrate migration β each stage validated against a consciousness continuity metric (CCM) derived from integrated information theory (IIT) and global workspace theory (GWT). The estimated timeline for full implementation is 40β80 years; the first partial augmentation (10% volume, focused on memory consolidation circuits) is plausible within 15β25 years given current progress in high-density microelectrode arrays and neural interface technology.
